No. Trade Accounts are ideal for one‑offs, prototypes and class projects as well as regular production.

Do you offer payment terms?

Yes, for recognised institutions (e.g. schools/colleges/universities) we can accept purchase orders or pro forma. Other terms are by agreement.

How much is the trade discount?

Discounts vary by material and order type (online standard sizes vs custom quotes). We’ll confirm your rate on approval and can review for higher volumes.

Do you accept purchase orders from schools and universities?

Yes — we accept POs from recognised institutions. Please include delivery details, sizes/thicknesses and any trimming notes.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us within 48 hours with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

Can I return custom-cut or made-to-order items?

Items trimmed to your sizes or laser cut to your design are non-returnable unless faulty. Please check sizes and finishes carefully before ordering.

Can I return items if I change my mind?

Unused, standard-sized items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Buyer covers return postage unless the item is faulty. See our Returns & Refunds policy.
