Maintaining the security of your data is a priority at Kraft Metals Limited and we are committed to respecting your privacy rights. We guarantee to handle your data fairly and legally at all times. We always ensure that all data obtained is given freely, is specific and is unambiguous. Your data will be retained for as long as you remain a customer of the company, unless you ask us to amend or remove that data. The lawful basis for processing all data is that of Legitimate business Interests including:
- selling and supplying goods and services to our customers
- protecting customers, employees and other individuals and maintaining their safety, health and welfare
- occasional promoting , marketing and advertising our products and services
- sending promotional communications which are relevant and tailored to individual customers
- understanding our customers behaviour, activities, preferences and needs. Improving existing products and services and developing new and improved products and services

- preventing, investigating and detecting crime , fraud or anti social behaviour

Our service providers and suppliers

How long do we keep your data?

Kraft Metals Ltd is committed to keeping your personal data safe and secure.

- regular scenario planning and crisis management exercises to ensure we are ready to respond to cyber security attacks and data security incidents
- regular penetration testing of systems
- security controls which protect the entire Kraft Metals Ltd IT infrastructure from external attack and unauthorised access

WHAT YOU CAN DO TO HELP PROTECT YOUR DATA
Kraft Metals Ltd will never ask you to confirm any bank account or credit card details via email. If you receive an email claiming to be from us asking you to do so, please ignore it and do not respond.
If you are using a computing device in a public location, we recommend that you always log out and close the website browser when you complete an online session.
In addition, we recommend that you take the following security measures to enhance your online safety both in relation to Kraft Metals Ltd and more generally:
- Keep your account passwords private. Remember, anybody who knows your password may access your account.

Right to Object
Individuals have the right to object to processing based on legitimate business interests, direct marketing or for any other reason supplied by that individual. If an individual objects to processing, we must stop processing data unless we can demonstrate that there are compelling legal reasons or claims. In brief, we must stop processing data immediately, and deal with this or any objection free of charge.
We will inform individuals of their right to object at the point of first communication and presented separately from any other information.
