No - you are not required to sign up for an account to make a purchase from our store.

We accept Paypal and all Major Credit/Debit cards including Mastercard and Visa

We use Royal Mail, Parcelforce, UPS and DHL.

Free delivery is sent out on a 48/72 hour service, If you have paid for express delivery we dispatch those on a 24 hour service where geographically available.
All our metal is cut by the guillotine. Cutting tolerance is +/- 1mm at 1 meter length, +/- 2mm at 2 meter length, +/- 3mm at 3 meter length
Yes we can offer custom cuts, we also offer a fabrication service! Customised cuts are non-refundable so please ensure the measurements provided are correct.
Yes, our stock metal is covered with a thin peel-able protective film on the face side, (except for Perforated, Stucco, Chequer and Corten). We do our best to send out products with no marks on the film, however this is not always possible. The back face of the metal may have scuffs and scratches caused during the cutting operation. The face side under the film should be free of scratches but occasionally scuffs can occur, but these should not detract from the usability of the metal.
Our orders will have a tracking number assigned. If you don’t receive your order a week after purchase, please give us a call so we can help you find your item.
If you receive your parcel and come across the following problems, please give us a call: If when our delivery partner is passing you your order and you notice damage to the packaging either, ask them to wait while you check the contents or as a precaution sign for order as damaged. If there is damage to the metal: Please make us aware of the damage immediately after taking the package into your possession so we can help you fix the issue ASAP

Thank you for purchasing from our company. As one of our customers you benefit from our refund and exchange policy, you have 30 days from the date of purchase.

To start the policy your item must be in the condition you received it and in its original packaging.

When you receive a parcel from us, please inspect it for damage, if damaged sign for it as “damaged parcel”, or alternatively refuse the delivery. Couriers will not entertain any claim if damaged goods are signed for in good condition.

If you have a damaged parcel, you did not sign for, send us the tracking number so we can view the delivery picture, please inspect the contents to see if they are ok or not.

We are happy to exchange defective items if they are unusable or discuss a discount if you can make use of them.

Send returns by a trackable service so you can confirm we have received the package.

Returns will be inspected on receipt; we will email you a confirmation.

Approved returns will be credited to the original payment method within 7 days. Please note that it may take up to 10 days for your bank to credit your account.

If you are returning a good unused item, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
